The Institute for Public Relations, the only independent foundation in the field of public relations dedicated to research, measurement and education, has announced the election of its 2003 officers and trustees. The election took place at its annual meeting in New York City on January 15, 2003.
For the third consecutive year, Katie Delahaye Paine, president and CEO of K.D. Paine & Partners of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, has been named Chair of the Commission on Public Relations Measurement and Evaluation of the Institute for Public Relations for 2003.
