CFS Communications Six Sigma Project
Research has shown that reducing the number of mass communication emails by about 200 a quarter would increase employee satisfaction while eliminating millions of emails a year. For Chase's internal communications, it translated into a savings of over $3.4 million a year and provided a more efficient communications model. It Is also an excellent example of a PR campaign rooted in research and was a recipient of the 2004 Golden Ruler Certificate of Merit Award.
