Marianne Eisenmann

Marianne Eisenmann leads Determinus, the research division of Chandler Chicco Agency (CCA), serving leading global pharmaceutical companies. Marianne is an advocate of communications research with a proven track record in helping clients incorporate knowledge, through research, into the planning process. Her work ensures strategic support for public relations program planning and evaluation using the latest research practices for corporate reputation, stakeholder management, message platforms, media relations and measurement.

Previously, Marianne served as Managing Director of the US operations of Echo Research, a communications research company, working with multinational clients such as, Amgen, DaimlerChrysler, Novartis, Pfizer and PricewaterhouseCoopers, to manage reputation, understand stakeholders and protect brands through communications research.

Marianne's career in communications and public relations includes bases in Washington, D.C.; Beijing, China; Hong Kong and New York. She has developed and implemented communications strategies for multinational corporations in her previous roles with Edelman Public Relations Worldwide as Vice President for Asia Pacific.

She is a member of the Commission on Public Relations Measurement & Evaluation and a member of the IPRA United Nations Department of Information Advisory Group. Marianne has an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from St. Lawrence University in New York State.
