Main Theme – Communication in a changing society; dynamics, risks and uncertainty
The aim of the congress is to reflect on the turbulence of nowadays’ society, with its increase of risks and crises, and the role of communication science and practice in this.
Society has more uncertainties than before. Environmental, economical, technical, and societal risks are nowadays a normal part of life. Topics like risk perception and monitoring have become more important in such dynamic surroundings. And – especially for organizations that function in an international environment- creating a continuous dialogue about organizational policies and e.g. CSR, is quite a challenge.
